INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – A former Indiana Supreme Court justice will hear the professional misconduct case of Attorney General Curtis Hill.
The highest court in the state yesterday named Myra Selby to the case. In doing so, they denied Hill’s motion that opposed the appointment of a hearing officer or panel as well as the disciplinary commission’s request for a three-person panel.
Hill is accused of violating Indiana’s professional conduct rules for attorneys when he allegedly groped four women during a party in 2018.
