NOBLESVILLE, Ind. (ADAMS) – A judge in Hamilton County is on the other side of the courtroom after police say he bought meth from an informant working for the police.
The Indiana State Police arrested Magistrate William Greenaway last week as part of a drug sting. Troopers say they started investigating the judge in November of last year when they got a tip that he was buying and using meth.
Prosecutors filed formal charges yesterday. Greenaway has been suspended pending the outcome of his case.
