WELLS CO., Ind. (ADAMS)- Indiana State Police say that an Illinois man is now facing fraud charges. Officers arrested the 60-year-old Wednesday evening on two preliminary fraud-related charges following an investigation which began this past Monday in which a stolen social security number was allegedly used to obtain a vehicle loan.
