INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – A Democratic state lawmaker from Indianapolis says the time has come to remove the state’s attorney general from office. State Rep. Ed DeLaney yesterday asked to begin impeachment proceedings against Attorney General Curtis Hill.
A number of women accused Hill of drunkenly groping them, but prosecutors last year declined to file criminal charges. A number of top Republicans at the Statehouse called for Hill’s resignation, but he’s refused to step down.
