INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – Indianapolis is looking to pay panhandlers to clean-up the city.
Indy’s city-county council passed a plan last night to spend as much as 300-thousand-dollars over the next year to find work for people who currently ask for money.
The idea is to pay panhandlers by the hour to clean-up garbage and graffiti. There’s no word how much people would be paid.
