Muncie man sues parents for trashing his porn collection

MUNCIE, Ind. (ADAMS) – A Muncie man is suing his parents after they threw away his massive porn collection.  The 40-year-old man, who has only been identified as “Charlie,” filed the suit last week.

Back in October of 2016, he got divorced and moved back in with his parents in Grand Haven, Michigan.

He moved out of his parents’ house in August of 2017 after the police had to come for a domestic incident, and he headed to Indiana.  And a few months later, his parents drove there to drop off his stuff.

But he noticed his “collection” was missing.  He says it was 12 large boxes full of movies and two boxes of adult toys.

When he confronted them about it, they told him they’d destroyed it.  His father told him in an email he did it, quote, “For your own mental and emotional health.  I would’ve done the same if I’d found a kilo of crack cocaine.”

Reporting also revealed “Charlie” was kicked out of both high school and college for selling porn to other students, so he has a history with porn.

He is suing his parents for $86,000 because he says a lot of the movies were rare and valuable.  He also tried to press charges, but the prosecutors turned him down.
